The workspace now has a working appearance setting, and Projects wear a new
orb.

- Choose **Match system**, **Always light**, or **Always dark** in
  Organization settings. The choice is remembered and applied before the page
  paints, so switching never flashes the wrong theme.
- Every Project's orb has a new look — a softer, flowing gradient that stays
  legible at the small sizes it appears at in lists, mentions, and messages.
- Orbs follow the appearance you pick, and now cost less to draw when many of
  them are on screen at once.
